Studio Semester Schedule
Fall Semester: September-December
Spring Semester: January-May
Summer Session: June-August
There will be 2 recitals during the academic year. One will be held at the end of the Fall semester, and another at the end of the Spring semester. Location and dates for these recitals will be announced.
All students are encouraged to perform in at least 1 recital per year.
A student requiring a professional accompanist is responsible for the cost of the rehearsal and performance time.
There are no other recital fees.
Private Lesson Rates
30 minutes = $40
45 minutes = $65
1 hour = $80
Chamber Music Coaching Rates
1 hour = $40 per student
2 hours = $75 per student
Lesson fees are paid on a monthly basis.
Lesson fees are due by the first lesson of every month, but no later than the 15th of each month.
A $15 late fee will be added if the lesson fees are not paid by the 15th of each month.
Invoices will be emailed at the beginning of every month indicating credits and fees.

The teacher may need to reschedule lessons due to professional performing engagements or unforeseen conflicts. If a lesson is canceled by the teacher, the lesson will be rescheduled to the best of the teacher and parent’s ability. If a make-up lesson cannot be scheduled, the student will receive a credit for the following month.
Only 2 excused absences will be allowed per semester.
An absence is excused provided that I receive a call text BEFORE 8:00 AM on the day of the lesson.
If a lesson is excused, the student will receive a credit for the following month or, a make -up lesson can be scheduled (within the month of the missed lesson).
After 2 excused absences, a student cannot receive a credit, but a make-up lesson may be scheduled (within the month of the missed lesson), schedule permitting.
Any missed lesson that I do not receive a call, voice mail, text or email BEFORE 8:00 am on the day of the lesson, is unexcused and the student WILL BE CHARGED for the lesson. Make-up lessons are subject to availability.
If schools are closed or delayed due to inclement weather, please check your email or call me for updates.
Summer lessons (June-August), are scheduled more freely due to vacations and camps. Provided that I am given notice of the absence, all lessons are excused during this period. The student may choose to schedule a make-up lesson or be credited for the missed lesson. If a student misses a lesson without notifying me (via call, voice mail, email or text) BEFORE 8:00 am, they WILL BE CHARGED. Regular lessons over the summer are highly recommended to avoid regression of skills and loss of momentum.
All new students/parents must read and sign the lesson contract before lessons commence.
Returning students need to sign a new contract at the beginning of each Fall semester or if you are making any changes to your weekly lesson plan.
New students must fill out the Student Profile registration form.
Returning students with changes to their address, phone, or email must fill out a new Student Profile form.
