PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE

I began studying the Suzuki Violin Method at the age of three.  As a young adult, I spent many years competing, resulting in solo performance opportunities such as private solo recitals, and solos with an orchestra. I hold a BA and MA degree in Violin Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music and Case Western Reserve University. I currently perform solo recitals and chamber music recitals throughout our community and have enjoyed soloing with local orchestras.

In addition to solo performance,  I am also a professional orchestral musician and have extensive experience performing in chamber music groups as well.  I have given private and public concerts with string quartets throughout the country and have held concertmaster positions in many small chamber orchestras.

My professional symphony orchestra experience includes positions with symphonies in Akron, Mansfield, Youngstown, Erie, Flagstaff, Greely, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Central City Opera, Grand Teton Music Festival and the Colorado Symphony Orchestra. I have been a member of the Colorado Symphony since Spring of 2007 and I currently still hold this position.
